Refund Policy
This Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the conditions under which My Printers Hub (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) accepts returns of printers purchased by the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By initiating a return, you agree to the terms set forth herein.
1. Return Eligibility

1.1 The return period is thirty (30) calendar days from the date the product is delivered to the Customer, as confirmed by the carrier’s delivery record.

1.2 Only printers meeting all requirements in Section 2 – Condition Requirements will be eligible for return and refund.

1.3 My Printers Hub reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this Policy.
2. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, the printer must:

Be in original, unused condition

Include all original accessories, including but not limited to cables, software, documentation, and manuals

Be returned in its original packaging, including all internal protective materials

Not have any ink cartridges installed, used, or otherwise tampered with

Have all serial numbers, identification labels, and warranty seals intact and unaltered
Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in denial of the return request or a deduction from the refund amount.
3. Return Process

3.1 The Customer must initiate a return request via My Printers Hub’ official return portal or by contacting Customer Support.

3.2 Upon approval, My Printers Hub will issue a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

3.3 The Customer must package the product securely, using the original packaging and protective materials, and affix the provided return label.

3.4 My Printers Hub shall not be liable for any damage or loss during return transit if packaging instructions are not followed.
4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds will be processed within three (3) to five (5) business days following My Printers Hub’ receipt and inspection of the returned product.

4.2 Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment.

4.3 If a return is rejected under this Policy, the product will be shipped back to the Customer at their expense.
5. General Provisions

5.1 This Policy is subject to change at My Printers Hub’ discretion, without prior notice, where permitted by applicable law.

5.2 Nothing in this Policy affects the Customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
